The work life of an entrepreneur is incredibly busy with new tasks, projects and ideas arriving on their desk every day. To help make life a little bit more organised, here are five apps and websites that we have found to really help in the office. Not only will these different apps help to reduce stress in your business, but also our very own tools which can be found in the Document Shop.
Trello
Trello is an incredibly useful website where you can allocate tasks to specific projects, delegate jobs and monitor progress. Within the program tasks can be prioritised, given a deadline, and documents can even be uploaded to ensure smooth communication within your team. The basic package is completely free, or there are two paid levels depending on how you would like to utilise the app.
Wunderlist
On Wunderlist you can create multiple lists, where you can then place your tasks and sub-tasks. Tasks can also be delegated and given a deadline. Where Trello is good for working on projects, Wunderlist is good as a place for recording and sharing to-do lists, reminders and notes amongst your team. Wunderlist is free and can be downloaded onto any Apple or Android product and also onto a laptop as an application.
