1. How much will it cost?
Basic template documents can be bought on-line at the prices stated in the price list. For tailor made documents, we will first discuss your requirements and then agree the price based on the number of hours it will take. We will always do this before we start work .We offer special discounts for start-ups .
2. How can I pay for services?
You can pay either by on-line bank transfer or with Paypal who accept most credit and debit cards. We usually ask for payment before we start work. All on-line template documents must be paid for before they can be used/downloaded.
3. Are you qualified lawyers?
Yes, we are all fully qualified and hold Practising Certificates from the Law Society. In addition, we are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority which means that we have to follow a strict code of conduct so that you are assured of high standards at all times. You are also given special procedures and assistance in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with our service.
4. What are your terms of business?
For tailor-made terms and advice: We will send you a ‘Client Care letter’ before we start work which will explain exactly how we work and what we will be doing for you. It will also set out the agreed hourly rate or fixed fee as appropriate. You will have time to read and digest this and if anything is unclear, do let us know. You must sign and return the letter to us before we start.
