Did you know that this March will be International Women’s Month? Its purpose is to celebrate the economic, political and social achievements of women in the past, present and future.
The British Library will be hosting an event entitled “Inspiring Entrepreneurs: Mothers of Invention” for female entrepreneurs, on Monday 19 March 2012, 18:15-21:00. It will take place at the British Library Conference Centre, and the cost of a ticket is £10 (concessions £7.50).
An opportunity to network with fellow entrepreneurs, this event also offers the chance to listen to talks by successful female entrepreneurs such as Kamal Basran (founder of The Authentic Food Company), Sophie Cornish (co-founder of notonthehighstreet.com), Rosie Wolfendon (co-founder of Tatty Devine) and Christina Richardson (founder of The Nurture Network).
